Although the month of April is federally recognized as Arab-American Heritage Month, the MENACC has rebranded it as MENA Heritage Month to better reflect the diversity within our community. This year’s theme, ‘The Mosaic of MENA: Celebrating the Region’s Diversity,’ was intentionally chosen to emphasize the inclusive nature of MENACC and the idea that our community is not a monolith. The MENACC organized a broad range of educational, social, and community events.
